The South Asia Council for Community and Children in Crisis (SAC-CCC) is registered in India under the Societies Registration Act, 1960 (S. No.878/92-93) and is established for the care of the orphans, the handicapped, and deprived children and communities facing acute problems for a safe and reasonable living without distinction of caste, religion, or nationality. The Government of India has recognized the SAC-CCC as a charitable organization and has accorded permission to raise funds to serve the aims and objectives of the organization.

SAC-CCC (Deutsche Sektion) e.V. registered in Frankfurt, Germany is an organ of the SAC-CCC with the status of a charitable organization.
